Induction services reserves the right to remove and amend any details of these terms and conditions without prior notice. we reserve the right to add or remove any offers or promotions stated without prior notice please check here for updated terms and conditions periodically. General Terms and Conditions No person(s) not employed directly by inductions services can supply any company or candidate services linked to induction services unless permission has been given in writing the full details of this person(s) will be posted on our website for customers to verify their details or you may contact induction services direct on Tel:01282701010 any person(s) that have not registered to induction services and are found to be using any of our services or material logo will be prosecuted to the full extent of English law. Registered members can use our services for the company or candidate the account is registered. Candidate accounts can be checked and used externally by companies to verify the account holders details and the results of any induction or test taken. Only the companies registered to induction services may use our logo to display they are using our services. When any company or candidate register to Induction Services you agree to a 12 months contract E.g. (Your registration started on the 1/1/2008 you pass your test on the 5/1/2008 Your test will run out on the 1/1/2009 your account will run out on the 1/1/2009) you will be sent a reminder by email that your subscription needs to be renewed. once your subscription has been renewed you will have to take the induction or test and the results from this test will be added and displayed on your account for companies to check before you carry out any work for them, in this time you must take the induction test and your test will run from the date taken and this will end on the date your account ends. Anybody found to have tampered or altered their Induction Services card in anyway will have your account with Induction Services terminated. Details of any offence will be stored on our database for future reference. Details of the card are stored and can be checked and compared to our database at any time or place by a member of staff employed by Induction Services or the company you intend to work for. If you need to change any of the material presented on the card this can be changed on request to as the details are attached to your account and this can only be changed by Induction Services staff. All cards are printed directly from candidate's accounts. Barcode machine's that are supplied to companies are the responsibility of the companies they are issued to. Induction Services will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the unit if a replacement unit is needed the cost of the replacement unit is met by the company not Induction Services. No registered members of Induction Services can supply the Induction Services to any other person or persons not registered with induction services the card must only be used by the registered user of the account anybody found to be using an account not registered to them will forfeit the account and all payments made by the account holder. Induction Services cannot be held to account for any injuries loss of life or limb as a result of using any material or services on our website. We are to be used as a testing facility to show that a more comprehensive test has been passed and a higher level of awareness has been achieved by the account holder. Payments by cheque to Induction Services at the time of registration need to clear your account will be active for 1 week from the time of registration if no payment is made or has not been received your account will be deactivated and a payment request will be sent to the email address used in your registration we will contact all newly registered members by telephone to verify all details used in the registration process. Please contact us by email phone or mail if there are any problems as to payment or the details for the account we will contact the account holder. Payments by invoice can only be issued after the first year's subscription has been paid in full or has been agreed by a member of the management team at Induction Services. Details of your account i.e. password account details should never be given to anybody keep them in a safe and secure place at no point will any member of induction services ask for these details by phone mail or email as we already have access to all accounts and there details. All information collected about you during registration is stored just for your account registration purpose and for contact purpose's if needed. None of this data is shared or sold to make profit or given to any third parties. When a company verifies the card holders details and passed inductions candidates found not to have passed the test are subject to forfeit wages being paid for work done this is at the discretion of the company you are contracted to work for not Induction Services. Failing to comply with any of the rules or regulations set out by Induction Services could result In your account or contract being terminated and you will forfeit any payments made up to the point of the account or contract termination. You have a right to cancel all agreements/contracts or subscription within a 14 day period, all cancellations must be mailed and received before the 14th day exceeds any cancellations after this period has expired we reserve the right to refuse any refunds of payments made. Companies that register under the with Barcode machine installed are charged £100 for the extra service we provide if a company needs to cancel this service they can do so within a 7 day period from registration after the 7 day period has expired a company still has to cover the cost of this service this does not affect the 14 day cancellation for agreements/contracts or subscription. All installations will be done within 2 weeks of account activation we will contact yourself or another member of your company with the details you have provided during registration to arrange an installation date if activation is not completed after the 2 week period from the date of account activation a member of Induction Services will contact you or alternatively you can contact Induction Services giving your account details and we can try resolve any issues. Induction Services gives 30 days from the date received for full payment on invoices sent after this period if payment is not received then the account is suspended until a full payment of the invoice has been made no deductions will be made to the balance owed for the amount of days the account is suspended. Payment by cheques Until a cheque is cleared or has been received all accounts will be active for 1 week after the 1 week has passed if no payment has been made or received the account will be deactivated until full payment has been made and cleared the account holder is responsible for all charges on payments made by cheque if for any reason the cheque does not clear for lack of funds the charges will be met by the account holder not induction services a payment request will be sent to the account holder and account suspended until full payment is made. We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. Privacy policy This privacy policy sets out how Induction Services uses and protects any information that you give. Induction Services is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our services and then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement? Induction Services may change this policy from time to time we will contact all members by email stating all changes made. This policy is effective from 02/01/2009. What we do with the information we gather We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: Internal record keeping We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided at the time of registration.
